Even with free agency right around the corner, the Green Bay Packers are completing their preparations for the 2021 NFL Draft. Considering this is an extremely busy time of the year for their front office we are going to help them out a bit by completing a mock draft ahead of the annual event.

In recent editions, we’ve drafted for the team following the Senior Bowl, the Super Bowl and a defensive-backs galore version. This time around, we are going to take a look at what would happen if the Packers traded out of the first round altogether.

Here is a seven-round mock draft for the Green Bay Packers 2021 NFL Draft that includes them trading back from the first round.

Packers Round 1 (29th overall): Green Bay trades it to Jacksonville Jaguars for 33rd and 107th overall

If the scenario arises where general manager Brian Gutekunst doesn’t have a first-round grade on any of the available players or if a great trade presents itself, he could theoretically move out of the first round altogether. The latter scenario happens here where the Jacksonville Jaguars offer Green Bay the 33rd overall selection (the first pick in the second round) and the 107th pick (a fourth-rounder) to move back into the first. It’s a deal Gutekunst can’t refuse and the Packers strike on Day 1.
