Packers with a lot to prove: Rasul Douglas

Rasul Douglas was a magnificent mid-season pick-up for the Packers last season and was a star who came out of nowhere. Now, he needs to prove himself all over again.

Health permitting, Douglas will join Jaire Alexander and Eric Stokes as the best trio of cornerbacks the NFL has seen in years. The only issue is that all three guys specialize on the boundary, leaving a gap in the slot. It’s better to have more talent than less and the Packers will figure it out depending on matchups. Douglas needs to pick up where he left off last season and prove he is worthy of his new contract (three years and $21 million).
