Candidates to fill Packers’ running back 3: Kylin Hill

Kylin Hill made waves last year when the 2021 seventh-round pick showed off his skills throughout training camp and the preseason. That allowed him to earn the number 3 job heading into the season, as well as the starting kickoff returner.

Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to carry that momentum into the regular season and tore his ACL just eight games into his NFL career. He sat out all of mandatory minicamp with the rehab crew and continues to work his way back. It’s likely the Packers place him on the Physically Unable to Perform list and give him six additional weeks to heal while keeping Taylor or one of the other two guys on the roster to begin the season.
