Green Bay Packers 2022 Schedule Tracker

We know who the Green Bay Packers opponents will be for the 2022 season — we’ve known that for some time — but on Thursday, we find out what their official schedule will look like. But as always, before the NFL makes those announcements, there will be leaks and rumors beforehand.

When looking at how the schedule shakes out for the Green Bay Packers, there are several things to look for, other than when they play a specific opponent.

A few of these items include when the bye week is—is it early or late in the season? Is there a particularly difficult stretch of games? Is there a span of games where the Packers are spending more time on the road, or vice versa, at home? How many December and January games will Green Bay have at Lambeau Field? And how many prime-time games are there?

These are just a few things to look for, but all can have an impact on the Green Bay Packers season.

From a football perspective, the Packers have Aaron Rodgers back but are still looking to make their way back to the Super Bowl, coming up short the last three seasons despite winning 13 games each year. And this year, they’ll have to make that push without Davante Adams.

The wide receiver room certainly took a hit, and we don’t know who will step up, but some good news is that there will be plenty of competition along the offensive line, and this group should be improved simply because of David Bakhtiari and Elgton Jenkins — eventually— returning.

Green Bay also has arguably the best running back duo in football, and their defense has the potential to be among the best in the league as well. Lastly, hopefully, Rich Bisaccia can work some magic on this Packers special teams unit.
