Under the radar first-round prospects for Packers: Jalen Pitre, CB, Baylor

Yes, the Packers currently have Jaire Alexander, Eric Stokes and Rasul Douglas under contract at the cornerback position. And, yes, they are going to be a terrific trio for Green Bay.

However, none of those three players have extensive experience playing inside on the slot and it’s unclear how Green Bay is going to sort that out. Alexander has the typical size to move inside, but he’s been so dominant on the outside that may be hard for both the defense and Alexander to swallow. Jalen Pitre could be that dude. He works extremely hard and is always around the ball, and has experience excelling in the slot.
