Ultimate guide to Brewers’ offseason: Pending free agents

Despite having offensive issues last season, Milwaukee is actually at risk of losing a number of guys who played big roles down the stretch. Garcia, who declined his portion of the mutual option, is obviously one of them. However, Eduardo Escobar and Manny Pina are also on that list.

As for pitchers, Brett Anderson, Brad Boxberger, Hunter Strickland, John Axford, Daniel Norris and Colin Rea are free agents this winter. Milwaukee will probably really want to bring back Anderson and Boxberger. As for the rest of them, it’s a toss-up on what will happen. Here’s the overall list of Brewers’ free agents:

  • Avisail Garcia
  • Eduardo Escobar
  • Manny Pina
  • Brett Anderson
  • Brax Boxberger
  • Hunter Strickland
  • John Axford
  • Daniel Norris
  • Colin Rea
