These five young offensive players on the Green Bay Packers could help propel the team and shine in the upcoming playoff run.

Regardless of what happens in the Green Bay Packers’ final regular season game, they have their sights set on a deep playoff run that doesn’t end in the NFC Championship game this time around. Their veterans are certainly prepared to do the heavy lifting, but they’ll need contributions from everyone, including these five young players who are set to shine in the postseason.

After reviewing five young defensive players, we take a look at the other side of the ball in this article. These names may not be as well-known and their impact may not be as great, but they will still be needed to contribute in major ways.

5. Dominique Dafney

Dominique Dafney may not be a name most fans are familiar with, but he’s seen his role grow since being activated to the game-day roster in Week 13. After playing only six snaps in his debut against the Philadelphia Eagles, he played 12 and 11 snaps respectively in the Packers’ next two games. Last week? That number more than doubled to 26. He’s not one who will make splash plays or even touch the rock at all, but he’s a solid blocker out of the backfield and lined up in a more traditional tight end position. He’ll have an opportunity to open up some holes for the running backs and protect MVP favorite Aaron Rodgers.
