These three players will have a lot riding on their shoulders in the Green Bay Packers Week 1 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

There’s nothing more exciting about kicking off your season against arguably your biggest division rival. Such is the case for the Green Bay Packers as they travel to Minneapolis to take on the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1.

The Packers captured both games last season, including a pivotal Week 16 matchup with the division on the line. Aaron Jones rushed for over 100 yards in both contests and looks to make it three straight on Sunday. It won’t come easy.

Vikings’ head coach Mike Zimmer has done a terrific job containing Aaron Rodgers’ throughout his tenure, and will look to do so with a number of unproven cornerbacks. He’ll lean heavily on a dangerous pass rush and one of the best safety duo’s in the entire NFL. Heading into this highly anticipate matchup, there are a number of Packers who find themselves in the spotlight from the jump.
