Let’s take a look at some of the Green Bay Packers’ strengths and weaknesses ahead of their highly anticipated 2020 season.

The NFL is finally back, as Week 1 is kicking off this week. Before we dive headfirst into previewing the Green Bay Packers’ first game against the Minnesota Vikings, let’s take another moment to examine the season from a macro perspective and view their team strengths and weaknesses heading into 2020.

Although the Packers may be popular regression candidates, don’t expect them to roll over and revert back to the below .500 ways they suffered through in 2017 and 2018. The offense should benefit from Year 2 under Matt LaFleur and the defense’s arrow is pointing straight up after a solid 2019 campaign.

To be sure, Green Bay has major flaws that could be exploited throughout the season. However, they also have clear strengths they can hang their hat on. So, without further ado, let’s take a look at three strengths and three weaknesses they have heading into the season.
