2. Malik Taylor

After an offseason of unpredictability at the wide receiver position, Saturday’s cuts didn’t disappoint as this position was the craziest. Green Bay elected to keep Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Allen Lazard, Equanimous St. Brown and Malik Taylor.

Yes, Malik Taylor, the undrafted free agent out of Ferris State, beat out a number of other higher-profile receivers to make the Packers’ initial roster. It’s unclear if he’ll stick around long as Green Bay worked out Devin Smith and Chester Rogers before the weekend and could conceivably upgrade the position by adding somebody with NFL experience. Regardless, this is still a cool moment for Taylor.
