Training Camp is right around the corner, so here are three intriguing offensive players – with an honorable mention – for the Green Bay Packers to keep your eyes on this summer.

Green Bay Packers training camp is now just a few weeks away, and one of the big question marks surrounding this team prior to the new season is in regards to whether or not the offense will take a step forward in Year 2 under Matt LaFleur.

While we saw some fantastic individual performances last season from Aaron Jones and Davante Adams, as a whole, we could sum up Green Bay’s 2019 offensive performance as average.

There were times, especially early on in games, where Aaron Rodgers and Company were able to move the ball with ease up and down the field. On the flip side, there were also long stretches where even gaining a first down was a difficult task.

Combine that with an offseason where Green Bay lost Bryan Bulaga to free agency and didn’t draft a receiver in what was a loaded class, and many have their doubts heading into the new season.

However, I promise you that it’s not all doom and gloom. The Green Bay Packers still have Rodgers, Jones, Adams, as well as David Bakhtiari. And although inconsistent in 2019, several of their receivers have found success in the NFL.

On top of that, they have an up and coming tight end in Jace Sternberger and a trio of running backs that could be the best in the league. Not to mention that the difference between Year 1 and Year 2 in an offense can make a world of difference.

So there is certainly plenty to be excited about with this unit, and as training camp approaches, there are three players, in particular, on this side of the ball  – plus an honorable mention – that I’ll be watching closely once it all begins.
