2. Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

The top-ranked wide receiver on this list, Green Bay could get everything they’re looking for, and more, in Tee Higgins. At 6-foot-4, Higgins would give Aaron Rodgers a huge target similar to Allen Lazard. Except better. Higgins is great at high-pointing the ball and out jumping defenders to bring down contested passes.

He racked up 1167 reception yards in 15 games with Clemson last season to go along with 13 touchdown receptions. He also had 12 touchdowns in 2018 so you know he’s a legit threat in the red zone. Even more astonishing, he averaged 19.8 yards per receptions last season–he’s a big play waiting to happen.
