3. Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama

Henry Ruggs III is one of the big names in this draft class that most fans will recognize. He’s a speedster out of Alabama and could absolutely blow the top off defenses. That’s something Green Bay desperately needs with all their slow, plodding receivers.

With Davante Adams receiving tons of attention from defenses, Ruggs will be allowed to run by his man and take advantage of single coverage. However, he’s much more than just a one-trick pony, as he can run other routes as well-something that will be needed in Matt LaFleur’s offense.

Similar to Desean Jackson, Ruggs can be knocked off his route at the line of scrimmage by more physical corners. Regardless, once he has the ball in his hands he’s a threat to score a touchdown on every play. That’s something the Packers can’t say about any of their receivers at this point.
