Wisconsin Football: 5 bold predictions for remaining 2018 season following bye week

5. Badgers go full Wisconsin

The Badgers bread and butter is their run game. I know it. You know it. Your momma knows it. That’s why it’s important that they stick to what’s made them great.

That’s exactly what they did against Iowa, as they routinely trotted seven offensive linemen onto the field in order to gain an advantage on Iowa’s stingy defense. Even though the process isn’t always pretty, you can’t argue with the outcome.

Hopefully, the Badgers don’t stray away from this approach and continue to go full Wisconsin. They should continue to trot out extra linemen and pound the rock down their opponent’s throat time and time again. Then, when the opportunity is ripe, allow Hornibrook to hit a receiver or two downfield in what’s sure to be an open secondary.
