The Wisconsin Football team sits at 3-1 entering a bye week. Should their expectations be adjusted for the rest of the 2018 season?

The Wisconsin Football team isn’t quite where they wanted to be at this point in the season. They won their first two non-conference games at home, but fell to BYU in Week 3. Even though that was a major blow, they rebounded nicely with a huge win at Iowa.

After all of that, they sit at 3-1 and are on the outside looking in regarding the College Football Playoffs. For now.

That all has the potential to change down the stretch, but Wisconsin needs to take care of its own business first. They will have plenty of opportunities to prove themselves (or trip up along the way), but they must be patient and wait for those chances to come.

While the Badgers rest up during their bye week, the coaching staff is certainly doing some self-scouting and preparing for the rest of the season. This is always a great time for the players to get healthier and to re-focus for the next eight-plus games. Let’s see what the season has in store for the Badgers, as we make five bold predictions for the remaining 2018 season.
