3. Supplemental scoring

In this era of the NBA, not even the best player can consistently carry his team every season. They need help in some ways. The good news is the Bucks can provide Antetokounmpo with that help.

More from Milwaukee Bucks

Khris Middleton is one of the most underrated players in the league and has a great chance to earn his first ever All-Star appearance in 2018-19. Middleton alone is a 20-point a game scorer and is very efficient. He can also play off the ball at times and his game gels beautifully with Antetokounmpo’s.

Behind Middleton is now a clear pecking order with Parker gone. Eric Bledsoe, who was acquired in a trade with the Phoenix Suns last year, falls into the third spot on the totem pole and everyone knows it. Bledsoe has also been a fringe All-Star for most of his career and is coming off his most efficient season.

The Bucks have good depth even behind Antetokounmpo, Middleton and Bledsoe. They have a number of guys who could step up to the plate and help shoulder the load for Milwaukee including Brogdon, Ilyasova and Lopez. This is a deep Bucks’ team that will cause a lot of opponents trouble.
