1. New head coach

Everyone and their mom knew a new head coach would be on the top of Milwaukee’s needs list this offseason. There wasn’t a conversation had about the Bucks that didn’t include the downfalls of their coaching.

Before we go too far, we should tip our hats to Jason Kidd and Joe Prunty, as they gave it their all this season. Unfortunately, giving it your all just isn’t good enough sometimes.

Milwaukee should be the hottest destination for a coach this summer, giving them their top pick. With guys like David Fizdale and Mike Budenholzer available, they should end up with a really good coach for next season.

Next: Bucks season grades

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch, however, as Milwaukee’s ownership has already proven they can even airball layups. Hopefully, they don’t get too cute with this decision and allow general manager Jon Horst to do his job and his due diligence in hiring the best candidate. Cough, Fizdale or Budenholzer, cough.
