Con: Loss of Best Cornerback
One bit of bad news may seem obvious, but it needs to be stated: The Packers are losing their best cornerback. Douglas has played the best football of his career this season and has been Green Bay’s only dependable player in the secondary.
Eric Stokes has only appeared in one game and is on the injured reserve again. Jaire Alexander seems completely disinterested on defense and is having the worst season of his career. Corey Ballentine and Carrington Valentine are young and inconsistent. This loss will hurt Green Bay’s on-the-field product.
