Bucks’ Second Quarter:
- Bucks fouled Philadelphia a lot and gave them a ton of free throws. The 76ers finished with 28 free throw attempts on the night.
- Milwaukee also got to the line a ton, taking 36 attempts.
- From the 4:01 mark in the first quarter to the 8:44 mark of the second quarter (9:17 of game time), the Bucks only scored 10 points.
- Milwaukee then made a huge run sparked by Lillard’s insane playmaking and MarJon Beauchamp’s defense.
- Bucks were running a V-action with Lillard–two guys screening, one on each side of his defender, almost as soon as he crossed halfcourt. This allowed him to get downhill and attack the roll defender.
- Tyrese Maxey was going off to begin the second quarter. Beauchamp entered and shut him down.
- Giannis played some point guard with Lillard and Cameron Payne on the bench.
- Middleton finished the first half playing 12 minutes, shooting 1-for-4 and finishing with three points, three rebounds and four assists. He only played four second-half minutes.
