Packers on the Hot Seat: Joe Barry

Yes, Matt LaFleur’s side of the ball is a mess (spoiler: more on him next), but that doesn’t mean Joe Barry is suddenly absolve from all the issues the Packers’ defense has.

To be fair, they’ve held their last two opponents to under 20 points. However, that has more to do with their opponents than their defense. They failed to generate consistent pressure, allowing the quarterback to sit comfortably in the pocket and pick the secondary apart. The team can’t tackle. LIke, at all. And they still have personnel issue in key areas on the field. Barry’s unit isn’t the biggest problem on the Packers, but they’re still a problem.
