Yosh Nijman has played sparingly on offense this season after falling behind Rasheed Walker on the depth chart. However, he had an impact play on Monday night when he used his 6-foot-7 frame to block a long field goal attempt by the other Carlson. The coaching staff has to love the fight they saw from him on that play.
Rashan Gary had a sack, but I stopped short of putting him in the next category because of the havoc we saw Crosby wreak on the other side. Gary has rarely had performances like that, reminding me he may not be in the elite category of outside linebackers like he wants to get paid.
