7 Risers and Fallers in Packers Week 4 Stock Market
Packers’ Bear Market (Stock Falling)
Biggest Fallers: Royce Newman (-3), Kinglsey Enagbare (-2), David Bakhtiari (-1), Keisean Nixon (0),
Others: Carrington Valentine (-2), Jon Runyan (-2), Luke Musgrave (-1), Darnell Savage (-1), Kenny Clark (0), Lukas Van Ness (0), Rasheed Walker (0), Dontayvion Wicks (0)
The entire offensive line struggled on Thursday night, hence the appearance of three of their starters on this list. However, Royce Newman took the cake and has now seen his stock fall in three out of the Packers’ four games this season. He was the Packers’ lowest-graded player, allowing five hurries and a sack against the Lions. Green Bay must take a long, hard look at Sean Rhyan in the coming weeks.
Despite not playing, Bakhtiari makes it on the list because of his injury. After rarely practicing during training camp and not appearing in one preseason game, he suited up for the season opener and played very well. Unfortunately, he missed the next three games and landed on the Injured Reserve before kick-off on Thursday. NFL Network then released a report stating he had a minor surgery last week, will have a major one coming up, and will be out the rest of the season. I feel for the guy, as his career may be over.
