Most Intriguing Packers: Quay Walker

Quay Walker had his share of struggles last year, notably getting ejected twice for crossing the line by engaging with the opposing team’s coaches and staff. This raised concerns about his temperament and whether he could handle the pressures of the NFL.

To his credit, Walker has been upfront about his past mistakes, acknowledging their gravity. He’s started this season with a focus on improving his behavior, though he still has work to do to rebuild his reputation.

On the field, however, Walker has been a standout among NFL linebackers in the early part of this season. His speed and athleticism shine through, particularly in pass coverage. He’s also impressing with his presence on run defense, showcasing better instincts and recognition. It’s a positive step forward for this second-year linebacker.
