Packers With Highest Ceilings: Rashan Gary

The return of Rashan Gary is a significant storyline for the Packers. His promising 2022 season was cut short by an ACL tear, but in just nine games, he managed to accumulate impressive statistics: six sacks, 12 quarterback hits, and seven tackles for loss.

For Week 1 against the Chicago Bears, Gary is expected to be on a limited snap count as the Packers adopt a cautious approach to his recovery. However, this season, he’ll experience less defensive attention than before, thanks to the emergence of players like TJ Slaton, Kingsley Enagbare, and other pass-rushers on the Packers’ roster.

Gary is not only an athletic powerhouse but also possesses the potential to refine his skills over the years. His pass-rushing technique, blending speed with power, can overpower any offensive tackle facing him. While he may not reach his peak this year as he continues to recover from his injury, the future holds the promise of Gary reaching new heights in the coming seasons.
