Once upon a time, Elgton Jenkins was the Packers’ do-it-all offensive lineman who played left tackle, left guard, right tackle and any other position the coaching staff asked of him. With Jenkins settling in at left guard, Zach Tom has become the Packers’ new utility player upfront.

Tom looks to have locked down the starting right tackle position, but he is also likely to be the first to slide to guard or center in the event of an injury to one of their starters. That versatility stood out during training camp and preseason.
