Kicker (1): Anders Carlson

I don’t know why they haven’t brought in another kicker at this point, but it seems like the Packers are ready to ride the Carlson train, no matter how bumpy it gets. Hopefully it works out for them.

Punter (1): Daniel Whelan

Cut: Pat O’Donnell

If they’re going to ride the Carlson train with an eye on the future, why not do it at punter as well? Whelan clearly has a stronger leg and a better long-term outlook. The biggest thing holding him back is consistency and his ability as a holder for the beloved Carlson.
