Packers Trying To Ignite Career: Yosh Nijman

Perhaps somewhat reluctantly, Yosh Nijman returned to the Packers this offseason on his one-year restricted free agency tender. I say reluctantly because it’s clear he’s itching for a full-time starting gig somewhere.

The Packers have David Bakhtiari locking down the left side and the emerging Zach Tom at right tackle. However, if Josh Myers struggles at center, they could slide Tom to the middle, opening up a starting gig for Nijman.

Nijman desperately wants that full-time starting role for the Packers to prove he belongs in the NFL. Will he get his chance this year?
