Jonathan Ford might also be stuck in a numbers game along the defensive line. Kenny Clark, Devonte Wyatt, TJ Slaton, Colby Wooden and Karl Brooks are all locks to make the roster. And all five players have been extremely impressive throughout training camp.

However, Jonathan Ford is forcing his way into the conversation, as he’s keeping up with the impressive play of his peers. He was a seventh-round pick who made the roster last year, but was inactive all season. He’s now vying for playing time as a true nose tackle that could spell Slaton if needed.
