Sean Rhyan

I’ve talked way too much about Sean Rhyan in recent weeks (here and here) and yet here I am again.

Unfortunately for Rhyan, his presence and contributions have gone largely unnoticed during Organized Team Activities and minicamp. Both the coaching staff and media have failed to mention him, which indicates that he is currently buried on the depth chart and an afterthought of the entire franchise.

As a result, Rhyan’s chances of securing a spot on the initial 53-man roster are in serious jeopardy. This outcome is particularly disappointing considering that the Packers invested a third-round pick on him just last year. It’s just the latest example in a long line of third-round curses for the franchise.
