Can Patrick Taylor be more than a special teams player?

Having spent multiple seasons with the Packers, Taylor has proven his worth as a valuable special teams player. He has primarily contributed to the team’s kick return and punt coverage units, with occasional involvement in other special teams roles.

However, to solidify a spot on the active roster instead of the practice squad, Taylor must enhance his value in the backfield. Standing at an impressive 6-foot-3 and weighing 223 pounds, he possesses excellent size and power. This physicality allows him to break arm tackles and gain yards even after initial contact. Similar to his teammate Goodson, Taylor can work on improving his acceleration, burst, and pass protection abilities to further elevate his performance.

By capitalizing on his physical attributes and addressing areas for improvement, Taylor can secure a valuable spot on the Packers’ roster, establishing himself as a multifaceted asset on both special teams and in the backfield.
