The Green Bay Packers are off for several weeks after completing OTAs and minicamp, but that doesn’t mean our work here at Dairyland Express is taking a hiatus. We are diligently working to rank every player on their 90-man roster.

Starting from number 90 and working our way to the top, you can check out the previous iterations here:

80. Henry Pearson, Tight End

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur separates his tight ends into players who can line up on the line of scrimmage, those who can slide to the slot and those who can line up in the backfield. Henry Pearson appears to be in the mold of the latter two, as he can slide all over the formation. He was mainly used as a blocker at Appalachian State and lined up all over the formation. He’ll battle Josiah Deguara in that role as an H-back type.

We are ranking every single player on the Green Bay Packers’ 90-man roster this offseason, continuing with spots 80 through 76.

79. Camren McDonald, Tight End

Camren McDonald is more versatile than Pearson, putting him ahead of his teammate on this list. McDonald can set up on the line of scrimmage or slide to the slot, if necessary. He was a pretty good blocker in college and also showed some receiving prowess. Furthermore, he contributed heavily on special teams. That versatility will go a long way in helping secure a roster spot at a position that is up in the air.

78. Jeff Cotton, Wide Receiver

Jeff Cotton has appeared in a whopping one NFL game, making him one of the more experienced Packers’ wide receivers on the roster. Green Bay signed him to the practice squad last November, and he was an undrafted free agent in 2020, bouncing around between the Los Angeles Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars and Arizona Cardinals. He’s stuck around for three years, so there must be something NFL teams like about him.

77. Emanuel Wilson, Running Back

An undrafted free agent out of Fort Valley State College, Emanuel Wilson received a 5.63 prospect grade from NFL.com. That ranks as a “candidate for (the) bottom of roster or practice squad.” He has the size and burst to push for a practice squad spot in Green Bay if he has a good training camp. It will be a big adjustment going from Division II to the NFL that will require time. His most significant areas of weakness are a lack of decisiveness and aggression.

76. Kadeem Telfort, Offensive Tackle

Kadeem Telfort was a priority undrafted free agent for Green Bay this season. His 5.80 prospect grade from NFL.com rates as an “average backup or special teamer.” We’ll take it because it means we are inching closer to players who could push for a roster spot! He’s a long-term project, as he needs a lot of work on the fundamentals of his game. The size he possesses, however, is something you can’t teach.
