Justin Hollins, Outside Linebacker

Make no mistake; if Rashan Gary were healthy, there wouldn’t be a discussion about the Packers’ starting outside linebackers. He’d join forces with Preston Smith and take this from a position of weakness to one of strength.

Until he returns, however, we’re left wondering how Green Bay will muster a decent pass rush this season. Kingsley Enagbare impressed as a rookie last season, and the Packers used their first-round pick on Lukas Van Ness.

The Packers are looking elsewhere. Justin Hollins was with the starters during minicamp, as Enagbare worked with the second unit and Van Ness with the third. Hollins was a mid-season pick-up and apparently impressed Green Bay’s coaching staff. If Gary is still sidelined when Training Camp begins, there’s no reason he won’t be again in the starting spot.
