Packers who need to right the ship: AJ Dillon

Dillon could not build upon a solid sophomore season and saw his performance regress in 2022.

After posting 803 rushing yards (4.3 yards per carry) and 313 receiving yards on 34 receptions in 2022, he only accumulated 770 rushing yards (4.1 yards per carry) and 206 receiving yards on 28 catches. The opportunities were there; he could not capitalize on the momentum he created.

Dillon has to be better in 2023. The Packers seem hellbent on having him split time with Aaron Jones. To pick up the slack left by the departure of Aaron Rodgers, Allen Lazard and others, Dillon can’t be content with below-average performances. He needs to step up and become a leader on the offense.
