The Green Bay Packers are still searching for the final pieces to their offseason roster. Despite currently having 90 players on their team, they continue to try to find the right mixture of talent and leadership.

Green Bay has been in salary cap hell in recent years and will be feeling the effects for another season or two. However, they still have $16.6 million remaining in salary cap space, according to Over The Cap. Salary cap specialist Ken Ingalls breaks it down even further, adding in costs such as unsigned draft picks, a Rashan Gary extension, practice squad salaries and money for some in-season flexibility. That gives the Packers about $4.4 million to work with.

Given the financial space, here are five of the best-remaining fits on the free agent market.

Best remaining free agent fits for Packers: Teddy Bridgewater, Quarterback

The Packers don’t need a starting quarterback, but having a veteran in the locker room would be helpful. The trio of Jordan Love, Sean Clifford and Danny Etling have combined for one NFL start.

Teddy Bridgewater has 65 combined starts under his belt during stops in Miami, Denver, Carolina, New Orleans and Minnesota. That veteran leadership would be helpful, as well as helping Love understand how to prepare for NFL games.
