Charles Lee

Milwaukee has churned out some great head coaches under Budenholzer during his five years with the team. Both Taylor Jenkins and Darvin Ham led their respective teams to the postseason this year and are considered two of the better coaches in the NBA.

Charles Lee, an assistant under Budenholzer last year, is the next man up. He received head coaching interviews last year and has already taken some this year, most notably with the Detroit Pistons. Could Milwaukee pluck him as their next man up?

The biggest downfall is Lee has zero head coaching experience. It’s also unclear what role he played in this year’s first-round playoff collapse. It’s clear he has the respect of the locker room, but his Xs and Os prowess is a bit of an unknown.
