Packers whose jobs are in danger following Draft: Samori Toure

Before the draft, Toure was slotted third on the depth chart behind fellow 2022 draft picks Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs. He had a decent rookie year as a seventh-round pick, grabbing five receptions for 82 yards and a touchdown before his season ended prematurely due to an injury.

Although he shows some promise as a player who can continue to earn a spot on the roster, Green Bay desperately needed to address the wide receiver position in the draft. They selected not one, not two, but three receivers who could push Toure to the edge of the roster.

Watson and Doubs project to be the clear 1 and 2 on the depth chart. Third-round selection Jayden Reed will have every opportunity to grab no. 3. After that, it will be a battle between Toure, fifth-rounder Dontayvion Wicks and seventh-rounder Grant DuBose.
