Wide receivers Packers could target in first round of Draft: Jaxon Smith-Njigba

At this point, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has to be a fan favorite to be selected by the Packers in the first round. He’s certainly one of my favorites.

I think 15 is a bit too high for him, and could allow Green Bay to trade down with another team in the first round, pick up an extra pick, and still nab him. That would be the ideal scenario, as they have so many needs to address in the draft.

He would compliment Watson and Doubs nicely by being the sure-handed catcher he is. His route-running and advanced understanding of defenses is another major skill he has. With Watson exploiting defenses deep, Smith-Njigba would have no issue finding the holes underneath.
