Packers’ trade proposal for Rodgers: The conditional picks one

This proposal is very similar to the next one with one major caveat: The conditions attached to the 2024 pick.

This package is built around the 43rd overall pick–an apparent sticking point between the two teams. Green Bay likely wants the Jets’ top pick in this year’s draft–13th overall–but New York is doing everything they can to hold onto it.

A middle ground might be the 43rd overall pick plus a 2024 conditional pick based on how the Jets play this season. If New York makes the postseason, the 2024 pick becomes a first-rounder. It can stay as a second or third-round pick if they miss it.
