The NFL wrapped up one of its premiere events heading into the 2023 NFL Draft: The 2023 NFL Scouting Combine. It was a great opportunity for the Green Bay Packers to get an up-close look at the physical traits this year’s class possesses.

Green Bay highly values the testing metrics captured at this event. They prioritize players who test at elite levels and often let it guide their decision-making.

That means they likely saw some movement on their own draft board. Let’s check in on five players who had great combines and probably saw themselves rise up Green Bay’s draft rankings.

These five prospects rose up the Green Bay Packers draft rankings following great performances at the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine.

Prospects who rose up Packers’ draft rankings at Scouting Combine: Zack Kuntz

The Packers are in the market for a tight end in this draft and could go in several different directions. Zack Kuntz isn’t an elite prospect, but could be had early on Day 3.

He was terrific in the testing portion, posting a 40-inch vertical leap and 10-foot-8-inch broad jump while also running a 4.55 40-yard dash. Oh, and he’s also 6-foot-7 and 255 pounds. He will take some time to develop, but he could be worth a long-term project for the Packers.
