Positions Packers should avoid in free agency: Running back

Running back is another spot where the Packers have spent a lot of resources on. Aaron Jones agreed to rework his deal, but is still getting paid a ton of money next season. He’s one of the better running backs in the NFL when Green Bay actually decides to use him.

AJ Dillon is one of the best backups as well. He’s a big, bruising running back with just enough nimbleness to keep defenders on their toes. Patrick Taylor is a nice third running back to have. Green Bay will likely add a late draft pick to the position, but they shouldn’t go out and spend money on one in free agency.
