3 free agent replacements if Packers don’t re-sign Adrian Amos
Free agent replacements if Packers don’t re-sign Amos: Jordan Poyer
If Green Bay wants a more established and proven replacement, albeit still on the wrong side of 30, Jordan Poyer is their guy.
He appears to be hitting his stride in the NFL despite turning 32-years-old before the beginning of next season. He’s tough as nails, plays through injuries, and ensures he’s always on the field for his team. Coverage is his best skill, allowing defensive coordinators to match him up in the slot, against backs and over tight ends.
He’ll likely seek a multi-year contract for around $8 million a year, something Green Bay could carve out enough space for if they’re motivated enough. He should have good football ahead of him.
