Best 25-and-under Packers: Zach Tom

Tom was the biggest pleasant surprise from the 2022 rookie class. The fourth-round pick displayed tremendous versatility, playing at least 84 snaps at left guard, left tackle and right tackle in his first year. Right tackle is probably where he’ll settle in long term, which is great for the Packers. The last time someone saw a rookie with this much versatility and production, his name was Elgton Jenkins.

Best 25-and-under Packers: A.J. Dillon

Dillon is entering his fourth year in the NFL, but isn’t yet 25-years-old. He’s a beast who prides himself on lower body power with a touch of quickness and agility. He doesn’t have the same ceiling as other players on this list, but he is the most established contributor.

Best 25-and-under Packers: Christian Watson

Watson earns this spot because of his ability to break a game open and his long-term potential. It was a rocky start to Watson’s career, as he struggled with drops and injuries all season long. However, he showed tremendous perseverance and had a great stretch of games from Week 10 through the rest of the season. He finished his first season with 41 receptions for 611 yards and nine total touchdowns.
