Despite the struggles the Green Bay Packers endured in 2022, they have a nice base of young players to build upon moving forward.

Green Bay has always been a draft-and-develop team, relying on that aspect of team building more than any other. They haven’t been as good as they should be in that department, which is part of the reason they haven’t gotten over the Super Bowl Hump since 2011. However, there are still several good young players on their roster.

To rank the top 10 25-and-under Packers entering the 2023 offseason, we must first define some parameters. Everyone on this list is under 25-years-old entering the offseason and will complete the 2023 season 25 or younger. That eliminates current 25-year-olds from contention. Without further ado, let’s dive in.

The Green Bay Packers have some very good young talent on its roster, and here are the top 10 players who are 25-and-under.

Best 25-and-under Packers: Kinglsey Enagbare

The Packers are light at the bottom of the list, allowing Enagbare to snag this spot. He proved capable of becoming a rotational edge player in his rookie year and gives Green Bay optimism regarding their fourth-string outside linebacker. He racked up 25 total pressures in his rookie campaign, including three sacks and five quarterback hits. He has work to do to prove he deserves a regular role, but it was a good start for the 2022 fifth-rounder.
