Free agents Packers should aggressively pursue: Parris Campbell, Wide Receiver

The need at wide receiver is clear. Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and maybe Samori Toure represent the future for the Packers, but they need more talent to support them in the meantime. Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb are also free agents and should be left to sign elsewhere.

Campbell could be a low-risk, high-reward type of player. He’s battled injuries throughout most of his career, but was finally healthy in 2022. He’d fit in perfectly alongside Watson and Doubs as an underneath and slot player. He has great hands as well, which would offset their propensity for drops. There are better and more proven receivers on the market, but he could be added for relatively cheap and has a higher ceiling than some.
