Favorites to land Aaron Rodgers if Packers trade him: New England Patriots

The Patriots have been briefly mentioned as a landing spot for Rodgers. Bill Belichick is an all-time great coach who wants to win now and can help scheme success around Rodgers.

The issue is New England isn’t set up to win like some of the other teams on the list. They have holes across their roster, including plenty of question marks at offensive skill positions. Furthermore, they have Mac Jones, who has started the last two years.

Acquiring Rodgers would put Jones on the bench, giving him a year or two to allow the game to slow down and help him develop. New England has their first and second-round picks in each of the next few drafts.
