The Green Bay Packers will have to make some difficult decisions on key personnel this offseason, as they try to determine their team’s immediate and long-term direction.

They’ll first have to cut enough money to get into legal standing with the salary cap, but there’s a way for them to do that and create room to bring back talent. Whether for long-term building or immediate results, they should re-sign these three defensive players who are pending free agents this offseason.

The Green Bay Packers have several key players hitting free agency this offseason, but should ensure they re-sign these three defensive players.

Rollins played six games for the Packers after Rashan Gary went down with a season-ending injury. He’s not the solution on the edge for Green Bay, but he can be a decent fourth or fifth pass-rusher from the outside.

He racked up nine total pressures in those six games, including three sacks. He also held his own in the run game. He can be re-signed at the minimum and fight for a roster spot.
