Running back

As it stands, the running back room is the strongest position on the Packers.

Despite the coaching staff continuously limiting his wear and tear, Aaron Jones is the lead dog. He’s one of the most electric backs in the NFL, threatening to rip off a big play every time he touches the rock. The Packers could release him this offseason, but it’s more likely they will restructure his deal.

AJ Dillon is a great second back. He is a bulldog with the rock in his hands and runs with passion. He can also block for Jones and give Green Bay the ability to roll out two running back sets.

Patrick Taylor and Tyler Goodson are also under contract for next season, giving Green Bay decent third and fourth options. They’ll likely add to the depth chart in one way or another, but this is a well-rounded group.
