Sydney Brown, Safety, Illinois

Safety is another major need for the Packers. Adrian Amos is a free agent and Darnell Savage is entering the final year of his deal. Both players massively underperformed in 2022.

With Green Bay looking to reload at the position, they could turn their attention toward Sydney Brown in the draft. In five years at Illinois, he racked up 320 total tackles, two sacks, 10 interceptions and two touchdowns. He had a whopping six interceptions last season and looked like a big-time playmaker in the secondary. That’s exactly what the doctor ordered for the Packers.
