Packers’ draft prospects: Anthony Richardson, Florida

After starting only one year at Florida, Richardson is ready to take his talents to the NFL. He threw for 2549 yards and 17 touchdowns (to nine interceptions) while running for another 654 yards and nine touchdowns in 12 games last year.

He’s a dual-threat quarterback who can make plays with his legs or arm. He’s also an athletic marvel. Whichever team drafts him will have to be patient. He’s not ready to contribute immediately and will need a couple of years to develop. However, he oozes potential and is a high-risk, high-reward prospect. He’s projected to go in the middle of the first round, right around the Packers’ pick.
