Packers who could be playing final game at Lambeau Field: Krys Barnes

Krys Barnes no longer starts at inside linebacker thanks to the additions of De’Vondre Campbell and Quay Walker, but he still plays a semi-important role on the Packers.

He’s a solid backup and can fill in when injuries occur. He’s a quality tackler who can put his body on running backs and bring them down. He lacks speed and athleticism and doesn’t play on special teams. Those factors could hurt him when Green Bay decides who to bring back.

He’s a restricted free agent next year so the Packers will be able to match any contract he signs. He could be had on the cheap and provide depth at the position or he could seek opportunities elsewhere.
